Delivery Methods

The seller does not ship to Mail Boxes or companies that provide domiciliation services.

Only affiliated express couriers are used.

For each order placed on old.fattoriascalabrini.it, the seller issues delivery notes and invoices for the shipped material. The information provided by the Customer at the time of the order is valid for the issuance of the invoice.

No changes to the invoice will be possible after its issuance.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer and are explicitly highlighted at the time of placing the order. The payment for the goods by the Customer will be made using the chosen method at the time of the order.

The goods are shipped in packaging made of properly closed cardboard boxes.

1. Delivery by express courier

The estimated delivery times for the ordered goods are purely indicative and may vary due to force majeure and/or traffic conditions and road conditions in general and/or by order of the Authority. Standard delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties, will take place at the times and in the ways provided by the courier. The seller cannot be held responsible for delays in order processing and/or delivery of the ordered goods.

Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check:

- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated;

- that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet and/or altered in any way.

Any damage to the product and/or packaging and/or discrepancies in the information must be immediately reported to the courier by stating "CHECK RESERVE" on the courier's delivery proof.

Once the courier's document is signed, the Customer cannot raise any objections regarding the external characteristics of the delivered items.

The packaging must be kept by the user if they wish to exercise the right of withdrawal.

2. Indicative courier delivery times

The indicative delivery times are 24/48 hours for express courier delivery from the moment the courier takes over the shipment (pickup of the shipment at the seller's logistics center by the courier). Longer delivery times will be considered for destinations in Calabria, Sicily, Venice Lagoon, and islands in general.

Delivery Charges

The costs indicated are valid for the entire Italian territory.

The shipping cost is automatically calculated based on the weight of the purchased products.
