Characteristics
Product obtained from stone grinding and sieving a varied mix of ancient and modern organic soft grains (Lervicella, Solina, San Giacomo, Gentilrosso and Bologna), freeing them from foreign impurities, in compliance with the strictest standards. With a greater quantity of bran, Type 2 flour differs from other semi-wholemeal flours for its darker colouration, in addition to its unique aroma that it gives out after baking. It is ready for use without needing to be mixed with other flours. Thanks to its special qualities, it is ideal for sandwiches, crackers and toasted snacks, but, above all, for making traditional bread, especially when baked in a wood oven. Rich in fibre and minerals.
