This flour is milled according to tradition, from locally sourced wheat, cultivated in Le Marche Region of Italy, and in compliance with organic standards. Type 0 or 00 is the Italian system for indicating the fineness of the ground cereal. Type 0 is an excellent flour for making both sweet and savoury bakery goods.
